People who'd rather win an argument (or just disagree to be contrarian) than be right.
Not surprisingly, it tends to correlate with an authoritarian mindset. Which means those who want to be authoritarian leaders can use it to manipulate those who are willing to be authoritarian followers....because none of them actually care about the truth, they only care about the "win."
